life without BoA is tough. nighthaven went off in search of quests and found the 2 ships just off the coast of darkshore. swarming with red mobs. no underwater breathing apparatus, and just boe green leather gear. he cleared the surrounding mobs and then swam to the bottom to try and extract the chest in each ship. but at the first attempt, he was attacked by 3 mobs in the ship, and died before he could even get back to the surface. out of mana, out of health, out of breath.
i had forgotten how tough it is to solo quests. not everything has been dumbed down. even with the best of preparations, bad things will happen.
well, im gonna try again tonight. no change to gear and stuff. im just gonna be more situationally aware and pull monsters 1 by 1. and if jumped by a mob, im gonna run at first sight. i was too courageous on my first attempt and tried to take them down. by the time i realised that wasnt gonna happen, it was too late to run.
